Spam Filtering

Your email system is designed to cut down the amount of unwanted bulk email, commonly known as Spam. The system scans each message for key indicators, as well as comparing the sender against lists of known spam originations. For most users, this will work very effectively, however, some users may find that certain opt-in newsletters may be viewed as spam and moved to the Spam folder. You can check the email in the Spam folder by simply clicking on the Spam folder in the menu.

To allow email from a specific sender, click on the AntiSpam Settings link in the menu along the left side of your screen.

To add a sender to the From: Whitelist, thus allowing email from that address to be delivered to your inbox, click the icon on the appropriate line.

Enter the sender's complete email address in the text box labeled Enter new value:, then click Add.
